Diary entries,even if they are from the 1700's, can be both intriguing and fascinating to read. Besides giving insight into the day to day activities, you also learn about the personal reactions of the writer and gain insight to the author's feelings. Isn't that what blogging is all about.Not only the facts or recapping of an event, but the blogger's feeling on the topic being discussed. This is what I have realized about blogging , it is not just reading an article and critiquing it, but putting your own personal reaction into it. It is not just stating facts and summarizing, but really thinking about a topic and writing what your feelings are. This is why diary entries are adaptable. You can gain personal insight into an individuals mind and even their soul.
