Plasma TVs: The SUVs of the Living Room/ Times Tech

I am not surprised to read that wide screen plasmas are not energy efficient. Why would they be? In this society of "Super size" everything, our food, cars and TVs, don't be surprised to find a super sized con ed bill in the mail. I do admit that I enjoy watching Sunday football games on a wide screen TV, but this article reminds you that it comes at a price. You must not only consider the price of the electrical cost, but what price the environment must pay. I believe that moderation is key.
