Brits Aim to Ban Gasoline and Diesel Cars by 2040/ Wired
Thank God that someone had the guts to ban gasoline and diesel fueled automobiles in the near future. A stiff tax increases precedes the ultimate ban to discourage gas guzzler SUVs. The high powered Automobile manufacturers as well as the oil companies have not been able to dissuade British democrats in their decisions. Money and power did not win over the health of the environment and the future of the World. USA law makers should take note.

Love your post...as much as I hate to admit it (I have a SUV, and truly need one), but banning gasoline and diesel cars is probably the only way progress will finally and successfully be made in finding alternate energy sources. I wonder what they will use for fuel? Most likely ethanol or electricity, or perhaps a combination of energy sources.
